The Town of Delhi Short Term Transient Rental Law was passed October 12, 2026.
Delaware County Occupancy Tax Law requires all lodging establishments and short-term rentals to register for a Certificate of Authority. The Delaware County Certificate of Authority Application can be found here Certificate of Authority Registration Form or by searching Certificate of Authority on the town website.
Please note that annual fire inspections are required for all rentals in the Town of Delhi.
