Notice of Public Hearing

Please take notice of PUBLIC HEARING which will appear in the Reporter, the official newspaper of the Town of Delhi for the application for a Special Use Permit and Site Plan of Delhi Community Solar LLC for an Alternative Energy System  (Solar)  to encompass a ±20.1-acre portion of a ±213-acre rural-residential property that is owned by Rama Rentals LLC, located at 739 County Route 18, Delaware County tax map parcel 150.-1-92.1.

Said hearing will take place on March 24, 2025, at 6:30 pm in the Delhi Town Hall 5 Elm Street Delhi, NY 13735
